We have significant experience in the construction and sale of retail, multi-unit residential, mixed use, light industrial, research and development, and unique single-family properties. While we specialize in managing the projects in our own portfolio, we also manage an array of properties for other clients, forging the same strong relationships we’ve built with our own tenants.
We are actively involved in the acquisition of existing multi-unit commercial and residential properties of all types.
Fredric Margolis - President
Fredric H. Margolis is the founder and President of The Growth Companies Inc. Fred graduated from Babson College in 1979 and he launched the company in 1981.
Robert Muscaro - Vice President
Robert M. Muscaro is Executive Vice President and Partner. Bob graduated from Babson College in 1986, joined Fred and has been part of the team for over 30 years.
Wallace Bruce - Facilities and Construction Manager
Wally is responsible for facilities management and construction services across the Growth Companies portfolio. He is a graduate of UMass and the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Dianne Wright - Senior Accountant
Dianne has been with the Growth Companies for almost 3 decades and is responsible for all daily accounting activities.
Gil Raviv - Financial Controller
For the last 2 decades Gil has been responsible for all accounting management at The Growth Companies. Gil graduated summa cum laude in accountancy and finance from Suffolk University.
Jeffrey Grant - Maintenance Supervisor
Jeff is responsible for the day to day maintenance of all properties across the Growth Companies portfolio. Jeff has both a hands-on as well as management background in a wide range of trades
Justin Muscaro
Justin graduated from Bryant University in 2015. He has spent the past
10 years as a broker in Boston. Recently switched to the commercial side
of real estate to take on a new challenge.
